ok, i have had this thing for a year and until now no problem, i am trying to make a dvd video and everytime i click add video file and the folders come up it disappears - i cannot seem to fix this problem - any ideas?

Open StartSmart, go to Info Tools and locate your full version of Nero.

Try updating your Nero from here, BOTH packages
