I seriously think its garbage. Any downgrade method that includes "quickly pull out your memory stick as the upgrade starts" is bollocks.

I doubt this works becuase i am sure someone would have tried this before this point. Also from my expeierence if you take out the MS during the UPDATE it will say the Memory stick has be removed the update failed and then it exits to the XMB.

I glad they didnt show it after getting a line drive to my eye.It filled with blood and i couldnt see anything(also broke my eye socket). Its just about healed now, becuase it happened back in june.
