I have a Presario732 for 5 yr now and have never given me a single problem. My wife took over the pc for her business and decided to start compresing the folders using windows compresing folder utility. now I cant even get into the pc setup. I cant find a reset buttom like you have with desktop. anyone have any Idea how to fix this problem. everytime I start it automatically ask for my password, we have not change it and it will not accept any of our usual passwords. Does anyone knows how to reset the Bios set-up back to factory settings with out starting the pc.
