PSP Custom firmware patch v0.2 problems!!!

I just put into my 1.5 psp a programme "PSP Custom firmware patch v0.2" by harleyg. It's supposed to take away corrupted file in game data etc.and all of it's supposedly functions work till I put in my demo disc to try out.

I switch on my psp(with the wlan switch down - auto devhook 2.71 start) with the demo umb disc inside but the screen just stuck at dark blank. Is there a way to solve this problem?

go into restore mode? holding R trigger while initial startup should put you into that mode i think (that might not be for the harleyg but for the poc) but don't quote me, hopefully someone else w/ harleyg can comment for sure.

To go to restore mode you switch the WLAN switch up and before your psp starts up put it in hold.

Maybe your devhook setting are not set up or something?

My guess is that you installed Devhook wrong.

Why dont you try to run devhook normally. maybe that could help?

But it's rather fustrating to see ur psp hang when trying to auto load 2.71 with umd in ur psp.

Any help?

I was wondering if there is a setting for the demo 1 UMD disc to be played using devhook 0.45..maybe this will solve the black out screen?

Make sure you have the system file that came with your d/l in the system file on your psp i had same problem but that fixd it
