I know I've seen something around like this, but does anyone know how to actually do it? And I'm almost positive that there is a tutorial floating around somewhere... Does/ Can anyone help me with this?

I know that, but I was hoping to try my hand at porting something like Duke Nukem 3d or a game called Enoid (which I know is like Arakanoid which is like (Super) Breakout) Or, Possibly, Torin's Passage.

well there is a DukeNukum port, check psp-hacks.and there is also a superbreakout port, look at em, theres lots.
