Hi there i have a gateway with a 2500a burner and i cannot burn 16x discsin it.I went to the update site and installed the firm ware and flashed it and it ask to shut down the computer ,then what do i do?Im not a tech but i just cant get to burn 16x.Any help would be grately appreciated,thanks.Chad
