Does anyone know how to convert a quicktime movie to a AVI format?

Try Advanced X Video Converter (http://www.aoamedia.com/videoconverter.htm ).

1. Lauch the program and click "Add Task".
2. Select "All to AVI".
3. Select the quicktime movie and the output directory.
4. Click "Start".

Very simple:)

Thanks....One more thing, the program is asking for an interger (width) between 0-1024?

You need to install QuickTime Player. Here is the link.

X video converter didn't work for me, so I am using WinAVI Video converter. The problem is the program shows it is doing the conversion, but when I go to open the converted program (mov>AVI) it will not open and shows 0 bytes. So what's up with that?

I think that may not be converted successfully.Make sure this,yo have installed the codec for quicktime like this:http://www2.winavi.com/download/quicktimealt147.exe
Then try to play the file on your pc to see if it ok.And you may need the codec for AVI too.
Then convert the file again. Good luck
