i dont know what is going on but i deleted the file and when on the comp it says that it is only 1kbs or whatever but on my ms it has taken up all of the space and when i delete it, it always comes back out of nowhere

wzrdball, if you have a mac, im guessing here, make sure you empty the trash becasue thats how you delete it.

Format it, if it's corrupted data, it will probably still take up space on your memory stick.

format your Memory Stick through the psp
System Settings> Format Memory Stick > Yes

formatting through pc/mac card readers may give you wrong file tables eg fat16.
