iRShell help!

i have downloaded iRShell as i wanted to try and control my TV etc with it, but i cannot seem to work out how to do it. it says the version i have is v1.3.
It said about Pronto Hex Codes and using Notepad to create a Remote Control Description file (rdf) to use this, wondering if anyone could help or is it very difficult to do?

get the latest irshell from http://www.psp-hacks.com/file/579
put the two eboot folders in psp/game etc.
then put the IRSHELL folder in your msroot
then locate your tv brand in the pronto hex codes, and put the rdf file in IRSHELL/IRCODES

i have put the IRSHELL folder in MP_ROOT but where are the 2 eboot folders? all that is left isa folder called PSP. what do i need out of this...and where do i get the codes from?

overwrite the psp folder with the one you have...theyre inside of it.
