Why can't I get the screenshot mod for Devhook 2.6 to work???

Ok, so I got the Devhook 2.6 screenshot mod.
I put nkthread.prx and screenshotbmp.prx into ms0:/dh/kd.
Then I added the lines -
ms0:/dh/kd/nkthread.prx
ms0:/dh/kd/screenshotbmp.prx
into the following files -
ms0:/dh/150/flash0/kd/pspbtcnf_game.txt
ms0:/dh/200/flash0/kd/pspbtcnf_game.txt
ms0:/dh/250/flash0/kd/pspbtcnf_game.txt
ms0:/dh/260/flash0/kd/pspbtcnf_game.txt
ms0:/dh/271/flash0/kd/pspbtcnf_game.txt
ms0:/dh/150F/flash0/kd/pspbtcnf_game.txt
ms0:/dh/150/flash0/kd/pspbtcnf.txt
ms0:/dh/200/flash0/kd/pspbtcnf.txt
ms0:/dh/250/flash0/kd/pspbtcnf.txt
ms0:/dh/260/flash0/kd/pspbtcnf.txt
ms0:/dh/271/flash0/kd/pspbtcnf.txt

But when I boot Devhook into 2.71, I press Note but still don't get any captures. This is like the one thing I have not been able to get to work in all my homebrew usage and it's really getting to me! It wouldn't work on my 0.45 and now it won't work on my 0.46! If anyone can help me out, that would be awesome. Cheers.
Not sure if it just my files, but pspbtcnf_game.txt in flash0 of 2.71 is the only one laid out like a list, all the other files are just a continous line of text. I added the lines in what I think was the correct manner, but maybe that's the problem. Any help would rock!

to take screen shots try using IRShell. It works good, also it runs over top devhook.

Use it for Devhook 0.44 thats all u need most stable ;) my sig..the guide on USBhosts over there folow till the opening devhook part.

I had that same problem, and was getting very angry. Try this:
Put this in pspbtcnf_game.txt
ms0:/dh/kd/modfiles/screenshotbmp.prx
Now, create a new folder called modfiles in the ms0:\dh\kd folder and put the screenshotbmp.prx in there.
That will work, b/c that's how I have mine and it work PERFECTLY.

Cheers guys, I downloaded IRshell yesterday but haven't tried it, so I'll give that a go, and I'll try your method too Guano.

And if I install IRshell presumably I can then edit my config.txt to autoboot it when devhook starts the 2.71 firmware?

Dude, I've been on vacation! I erm... thought I was going to have more time in these forums now that I have some time off, but nope. I was actually on the forums more when I was at work b/c I had to be there at 9am and was stuck on the PC ALL day w/ nothing else to do. Now that I don't have to work, I sleep until 1pm or so (after staying up until like 4-5am) and then I can do w/e I want. I don't have to stay on the PC all day. I have been playing a TON of PSP. And dude, you're gonna LOVE Tomb Raider. I have two more levels to go and I am getting kinda sad about it. I don't want it to end; it's the most amazing game I've ever played. Beats the original Tomb Raider(s) hands down, it beats the piss out of Syphon Filter, Splinter Cell, OutRun (yea, you NEVER thot you'd hear me say that) and anything else. The graphics are amazing, the gameplay is sick... hodgins, I've told you before and I'll tell you again: You're missing out! You need to just break down and play the game from UMD. Go and buy it today.
And bad news about Silent Hill: I called the game store yesterday and there isn't even a SKU which means there is no release date. That sucks. That will be the FIRST survival horror game for the PSP and it will be a GREAT day when it's released.

Yea, I bought Cars and already had Miami Vice. I hated Miami Vice at first, but I must say it's grown on me. I really like it A LOT now. Is it just me or is Cars really, really short? I played story mode and beat it in like 30mins. That's pathetic. I guess stang was right. I mean, the gameplay is fun. But that game REALLY pisses me off. It's really difficult at some points. You know what sucks? I hate in MOST EVERY racing game, the cars aren't out for a nice, fun race. Most CPU racers are KAMIKAZE racers from hell, that will do ANYTHING they can to eff you up. Like in Need for Speed Underground (PS2) how the cars would intentionally make a LEFT turn and smash into the wall when it was in fact a RIGHT turn. They would do this so you would follow them. And I absolutely hate it when the CPU car will want you to draft it and you do, and then at the last second, it moves out of the way only to find yourself in a head-on collision w/ another civilian car. I HATE CPU PLAYERS, NPCs, whatever...

You're gonna want to hack. Hacking gives you locations for drug dealers you can go and deal w/. It's fun! Plus, you can get weapons upgrades AND when you hack, you can upgrade your clothes and you'll get a bonus rank at the end of each level. RespeKt or w/e it's called.You know what tho? Hacking on Miami Vice is just a glorified version of "Squares". I swear, the homebrew scene inspires $ony in everything they do. To include the devs making games alongside $ony...

a/f/a I recall. I can't remember. I haven't played the game in a week. But it's sweet b/c you can go and buy 100 bags of weed for like 40,000 USD and then go and sell it to one of the dealers (one of the ones you hacked the location of) and they'll buy it for like 65,000 USD. So it's a game within a game. Wheelin' and Dealin'. It makes it more interesting. Plus, going to a dealer is an event in and of itself. Trust me, you'll just have to try it. It's hella fun!

well you just watch your character talk to the weed baron guards and you have to keep a marker in a blue bar, you can use aggression too but you wot get any deals lol

oh yes u will... I do all right for a minute, but every chance I get, I use agression. The longer the deal goes on, the more money you get. I once had 90,000. I went to a dealer, bought 40,000 worth of weed so then I had 50,000. I went to the weed barron, sold my ish (5hit), but again, I kept using agression, so everytime I was almost done, I would make sure I would screw it up so my progress would go down. I kept doing that for like 2-3 minutes. When I left, I had 135,000!!!!
Try it! It's worth it!
