@ NGSpec: Can you send me the DATA.PSP? I'll try to make you a reboot. I went to make one and realised I don't have a 1.50 EBOOT. Thot I did. :|
I still don't understand why you wanna do this. W/ PSPset, you can change everything just like you're trying to do now. But, I guess when you have an idea, nothing stops you. Yea, that's happened to me b4. You just wanna see what happens...

psp hacks has a 1.5 eboot, and use psp brew to extract.

if your installing firmware(emulation) i think you have to do it in like chronological order, if you have 2.7 on there i think you have to erase it then put 1.5 on first, then 2.7/
