Nah dont go opening up your firewall, what to do is make sure your ports are forwarded both on your firewall and router. That should speed things up. Then offcourse your gotta set the port on bitcomet that you have chosen to forward
L33tFishy, dont use bitcomet, they suck. use bitspirit, they are alot faster. o yea, go to the setting option and make sure ur upload speed isnt too high, sometimes it affect the download speed. anohter thing is to check if ur firewall is turned on, if it is turned on, turn it off. if u have a window xp sever pack 2, it comes with a default firewall, go to control panel on ur computer and u will see it.
one more thing is that check the seeder and the leecher upload speed. u said that it has like a hundred of seeders but the speed is still slow, sometimes people pause their download and it's stil visible on ur seeder so basically they really arent sending u anything!
