Hi the problem is i cant play ea games online im using swap magic with a fliptop and everytime i try to make a registation for nhl 06 or fifa 06 it crash to the start saying this is not a valid ps2 disk can some 1 help me or tell me what im doing wrong thanx jamie..

Did you patch the games DNA ID? You have to patch backups in order to play them online.

And if he's getting to the account registration screen, then he's passed the DNA$ check, so its not DNA$ related.
Most EA games need rebuilt, surprised it even loads tbh, if you're using Swap Magic.
You might also want to try using one of the CDLoaders from swapmagicfix.com in case its resetting because of a double-elf load/IOP reset.

Lol, had to look up double elf load, I see that's a new feature in SM 3.8/Coder Edition to replace DVD Loader/Zone Loader.

Its really fustrating me it passes the dnas cheak but crashes when i go to make new account i have not found a way around this is there any way i can make it work its only ea games that do this thanx...

im using swap magic version 2.0

I've known of that happening with magic 3.1 mods (I think it has to do with a double check which the magic 3.1 can't handle and I believe neither can the sm) but with the magic 3.1 it'd go to the registration and you could register but right after registration it would go to the RSOD. Then when you boot up the game again and you go online it'd work no problem 'cause the account would be created. The only suggestion I have for you is to make a new account with an old EA game and use that or just go online with the original and make an account off that.
