because the game save region is different to your game region :)

siple and plain as it is but might click the wrong link.
you might have used the other version of the save. delete the save file then get the proper version for your game.

euro game saves for european games
american game saves for american games

since it wont load try the other version.

What ever version you downloaded just download the opposite version, that should solve it
