Well I'm sorry I had to start a new thread it's just, my router isn't very popular in the US and UK, so most of the trouble shooting sites are in foreign languages.
The problem is that I can't port forward because, to do that, my router says I must have a static IP address. The setup wizard installed the network as a Dynamic IP Address based network and if I try to change my IP adress into a static I lose my internet connection. I tried to change the WAN settings, (which are PPPoE/PPPoA), first by disabling NAT and firewall then by changing it completely, from PPPoE/PPPoA to Static IP address. Then, I lost my LAN connection completely. If it's any help in solving my P2P problem, my router is UPnP enabled.

PS: Not all P2P programs aren't working. Bearshare works and at really high speeds, (for a 1MB ADSL connection) like 250 KB/sec but I get a lot of viruses when downloading with it.
