Is it possible to brick your PSP playing homebrew?

I just play a few emulators and homebrew games, i was just wondering if it is possible to somehow brick your PSP doing so? I'm on 2.6.
Also, the USB for eLoader GTA was relaesed for PSP, how does it work and can it brick your PSP?

I suppose it is possible if someone wrote a malicious piece of homebrew designed to do that, but Ive never heard of it from people using the homebrew that's currently out there.... :)

One of them is a pixel cleaner. (you will be safe if you use the one that is a video not eboot)The only other one i know of is the fake MPH downgrader. If you download files from PSP-HAcks and PSPupdates you will be fine.
