i was wondering is there any loaders or homebrew can allow us to run iso without any umd disc in psp? i wanna play using valkyrie profile lenneth USA iso

No you need a umd to run that iso, you can only run games that require 1.5 firmware without a umd.

so i just need any umd game disc (is it any??) ??

well toi play 2.71 firmware games just load devhook to emulate 2.71.
