Replacing a UMD laser lens

Can someone point me towards a good tutorial to replace my UMD laser lens? My PSP no longer reads UMD's so I have bought a replacement lens but I am looking for a step by step guide of how to fit it. If anyone has done this before can they let me know how difficult this is and if it is achieveable by someone who has never opened their PSP before.

um this is a guide to opening the psp, i havent read it so not sure if it covers replacing the lens! http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/370436 it's stickied on the forum if u ever need it!

thanks i did find that, unfortunately it doesn't cover replacing the UMD laser. would be great to hear from someone that has doen it!
