Not sure why the Sony one doesnt work as I have a 2gb as do most of my mates, but Ive seen people having probs with the Sandisk ones probably down to the firmware not supporting it.

Id try it again...if Devhook actually boots then I cant see it being your Memory card (I could be wrong, lol). Id try formatting and starting again....

Rumor is that Sandisk and Sony have blocked homebrew from running on their memory sticks.

It blocks certain file structures from being able to boot off the memory stick. So if it detects folders called "example" and "example%" it will stop the stick from booting it.

Try and see. I've only heard of a few times that people have had this problem.

I doubt that you'll get one that doesn't work. When I say few I wanna stress the word few. Like 2-4 people that I've heard of.

Just in case mem cards are being released that don't allow folders with % in them (used for the kxploit) use the original 32mb (or 1 gb from giga pack), mem card that came with your psp, install custom firmwar proof of concept and copy the \psp\system\config.txt file across to the mem card that won't allow %. You'll now be able to boot eboot.pbp's like in firmware v1.0 which don't need the kxploit - kxploited pbp's can be made into single one's again cos one of the folders eboot.pbp is just the data.psp file.
