Help Getting ISO to play

I have 1.5 firmware with devhook .44 install on my psp. I recently downlod Megaman marvick hunter that game in a iso file that about 420mb big. I put the game iso file in my ISO folder on my memory stick and when i try to load the game my devhook say can't read umd.
I try using fastloader also and it get me to a screen that says this game have a autoload function but i can't do nothing fromt here only to go back and my system turns off. Can someone help me

try using devhook .45. i had the same problem with nba ballers when i'm using devhook .44 but when i installed devhook .45, it loaded fine.
