you cant get rid of corrupted files but u can hide them. use pspitool.(forgot the name) i have it at home. u can get one in psp-hacks.com

They're not actually corrupt its just that the PSP doesnt like the format in which the folders are named.

sorry about before, yea it's called SeiPSPTool. just like what i said earlier before, u can either get one by ddoing an google search or download one from psp-hacks.com.
