listen mate this petition isnt going to do jack all to stop sony, because you have to see that sony want to stop the copyrighted material - reboot.bin. And petitions aint gonna help stopping it.
otherwise w could all sign petitions for free games and legal isos, im sure everyone would sign that, but that doesnt mean sony will allow it.
i hope i was clear enough for you

this'll prolly increase the demand for up modchips. ever since the downgrader and devhook,i dont think many have been sold.

dont type in caps supastar. although i dont want to believe it, i think devhook is in a bit of trouble and will be further persued by sony.

The only thing that was illegal was the .43fix because it contained copyrighted material. The actual program isn't illegal though.

yeah, devhook isnt illegal, but this action has been taken to further pursue the exploits in firmwares. i remember reading on psp hacks that they managed to get a dump of fw 2.80 but to run it in devhook, they needed reboot.bin. if that is correct, i believe that emulating other fw's will be much harder.\

threaten to take everyone to court.
^ not that it happens, and partly, im not sure what sony's intentions are should they ever locate booster, but i get the oddest feeling that he might have a job waiting for him =p

EVEN IF IT DOESN'T MAKE A DIFF.
I think its there for good reason for BOOSTER to appreciate how much we want him to keep working on it.
Sign it if you care... it only takes a few secs, and lets get it through that we will so whatever necessary for continued development of DevHook, as long as its here to stay!

You guys are just bringing more attention toward booster with this thread and petition. Let it go and stop bringing it up. The more people that sign that petition and send it to $0ny will just let them know how many people are using devhook and iso's.
