do you have a wireless router if so just scan for it on your psp and your psp will pick the network up

i guess you havent got a wireless router then.you can pick one up cheap off eaby.once youve got one come back if your stuck

a wireless router, not a psp wireless router. they hook up to your modem. if your modem is wireless, you dont have to buy one. if its wired, you can pick up a good one for around 50 dollars. a few good brands are linksys and belkin. make sure they are wireless b enabled though because taht is the connection type the psp uses. usually, i "borrow" someone(my neighbour) else's internet when i use my psp because i havent configured my network ( my pc broke, so its pointless).

i have a laptop, but every time i try to go on the internet on my psp it says a connection error has occured the attempt to obtain the ip adress has timed out.

when you scan for a connection on ur psp what does it say? scan, not start the browser. u have to set it up first.
