Well I`ve tried every Devhook from 0.43-0.46 and the same sh*t keeps happening.
and yes it is installed correctly.
I`ve tried every different setting too.
with the Reboot XMB option,it reboots fine, the Sony Computer Entertainment boot screen pops up,and directly after that boot screen it freezes.and it`s on every iso.I`ve tried dax,cso and straight uncompressed iso with the same outcome. If I can`t fix this I Think I may just return it tomorrow get my money back and buy a DS Lite.
Please someone give me the solution. Thanks in advance.
what iso do you have? also make sure u only have one devhook installed.. try reformatting ur memstick install the devhook in the root folder put the iso in the iso folder.. some new games need to be run in 2.71 firmware some in lower version.. if your game is a umd video it has a different setting and can be viewed in your video not in your game..
its not 1 specific iso,its everyone i`ve tried,and i have 3 game umd`s that i`ve tried.But I`ll reformat my stick again and try that.
I`ll let u know how it goes.
Yea I`ve tried both, seperately of course, but I`m installing 0.46 now and manually adding the 2.50 and 2.60 firmware to devhook,so now I have all devhook firmware except for 1.50 and 1.50F.Maybe it`ll work this time around.I`ll let u all know how it goes.
Nope no luck again.with firmware 2.71 it freezes and when I choose any other firmware it just powers off.waste of time and money,I`ll prolly just return it and get a DS Lite,I know how to rum games on that.Unless someone figures out wth is causing me these problems running iso`s.
LOL ur gonna return a PSP for a DS Lite??? IM not even gonna comment on that...
Anyways yOu might want to install devhook full pacakge that comes ready with 2.71 and 2.6 firmware. Manually addin firmwares will cause u problems. Besides those are the only 2 firms u need anyways. Or u can use firmware installer and use UMDs to get firmwares.
Maybe devhook might not be compatible with ur memstick...cuz some wont work with it like some of the 4 giggers or action replay ones.
