I love battlefield 2:modern combat and thats about it for online...do you guys have any suggestions?
Also...
Does any1 know games where 2 people can play online at the same time?So me and my brotehr can play an online game on 1 ps2

There aren't any online games that support 2 players on the same console.
Some good online titles are: Urban Chaos Riot Response, 25 To Life, Star Wars Battlefront 2, and at a push, Socom, if you can live with all the bugs, glitches, cheats & non-existent hit detection.

I know of 1 game that supports 2 players online at the same time: rachet: deadlocked (or was it the one before that?) not at home right now so I can't check but definetly one of the rachet games allows 2 people online at the same time. Also, I remember nhl 2006 saying it supports 2 people online at the same time but, I could never get that to work (maybe you have to have 2 players on both sides or I read wrong).

i do not do much online, but a game i have now has a multiplayer that has both VS and team battles, which i assume are online as when you just have two people offline it says waiting for players on the splitscreen and there is no one else to shoot.
It is called World War II Combat Iwa Jima, so check into that.
Also check out the Rainbow 6 and other Tom Clancy games as they are usually big on the multiplayer thing. But since i do not do online i can not say for sure which multiplayer games have 2 player online capabilities.

Try metal gear solid 3: substinence. It has great online play and it's two disc for offline and online. Best of all you can probably find it really cheap.

that sucks to hear that theres not many 2 player online games..i was thinking of getting 25 to life, but not sure..i really dont like socom,dont like controls etc.,

I personnaly think 25 to life isint that good. Plu most reviews on the game werent good it mainly got a 4 out of 10 and other raring like that.

If you were into football games, then you can play pro evolution soccer 5 with 2 on the same console, making it 2v2 :)

Time Splitters Future Perfect is superb online, be sure to have tons of fun on create a map, then you can get some online buddies to have a deathmatch or ctf etc; its brilliant!

Resident evil outbreak file #2 is bye far the best online game on the ps2,
graphics are like ps3, no joke.
gameplay is great, and a wide seletion of charecters with the own speical ablilitys..
and the fact you and 3 other survivoers (players) must co operate with each other to escape the deadly racoon city..
Theres only room for one snake and one big boss!

yea there is a game thats 2 players online its called "Tom clancys Rainbow Six:Lockdown" its pretty good. no cheaters no glitchers non of that bull shit..16 players online good game :]
