Use X-Flash, but first check what firmware you have.

i have 1.50 im a noob and ive really not got a clue how to use x-flash is that the only way u can do it ?

You don't have to use X-Flash. I don't even like that app very much. You can use Flashmod v0.3x w/ the fontmod installer.

Follow this tutorial I wrote a while back and you're good to go.

xflash is a bit easier tho cuz you dont have to create 20 separate different fonts. with xflash u can use the custom one it comes with. or drop your own to the modified folder.

i used x flash but its only got one font does anybody have any more fonts that they can maybe send me ?

If you use xflash and you messup somehow can you reset it to the normal PSP font or you cant?!

Well if you use the stock files that come with x-flash there is a chance of slim to none of messing up your psp. When you use your own custom files is when you start risking it. And with x-flash you can change back to stock font.

well i just used flashmod 3.01 and it worked flawlesly ^-^v
althou i dont like the font i got ill mess around and get some better ones down the line but its just cool to know how to do it ^-^v

Smurff i think i read that right, x-flash writes to the flash making it permanent until overwriten.

but if i'm emulating using devhook to emulate 1.5 (which redirects the flash writing to the MS)wouldn't it write the font to the MS instead of the actual flash?

how the hell do you get that TTF to PGF converter to work? because it doesn't seem to be doing a damn thing?

you have to compile it in a linux environment or use cygwin on top of finding a special .dll for it. i cant remember the name but its in the readme.

i'll read it later, the damn read me looked like jibberish to me basically.......i kept trying to find a Smurf's font but couldn't so i'll have to look harder for one of those too.
