Devhook 0.46 Shuts down

When i try to run Dragonball Shin Budokai UMD with Devhook 0.46, the PSP gets to work on it... it flashes a couple of times and then the green light turns off, the PSP doesnt restart like it has to like with the other games. With Liberty City Stories UMD it works. Can u tell me whats the problem? the settings i have are:

Firmware- 2.71
CPU Clock- 222Mhz /111Mhz
Reboot XMB
Flash Rom- (I dont know what that is, didnt touch it)
Other Menu- UMD SFO VERSION- (didnt change it)
Remote ctrl- (didnt change it)
Preload Address- (didnt change it)

click on the first one after start then selct UMD Disk, then 2.71.

Yeah thats what i always do to run Liberty City Stories... but with Shin Budokai it turns off, doesnt restart.
