Unable to add mp4 in Nero Vision

I am unable to add my mp4 files that I created using Nero Digital in Nero vision. It just says, "unable to insert ****.mp4".
Any advice?

Which version of Nero are you using, open StartSmart, go to Info Tools and locate full version

Nero Burning ROM - 7.2.0.3. I have Nero 7 Premium.

Nero API version: 7.2.0.3 and 7.2.0.3b

These latest versions of Nero are full of bugs, I recommend you uninstall, run this clean tool http://ww2.nero.com/nero7/enu/Nero7_CleanTool.html and then install 7.0.8.2 a more stable version from here

I do not recommend 7.2.3.2b either(the latest version)

That did fix the Nero Vision problem, but now I have trouble with Nero Recode. Everytime I try to import a video, it crashes.

"Nero Recode 2 has encountered a problem and needs to close." Error report contains a reference to uldvda~1.ax. This is a mpeg decoder from Ulead?!
