I have a Sonly PCG-k45 laptop computer with a IGP 345 video card (well some kind of card). I have an AV port on my laptop. I have the latest drivers I need... When I hook up the audio/video wires and everything is done like it is supposed to all I get is a black screen but sound seems to work.

-I've used the proper resolution
-Function F8 doesn't even exist on my laptop but Function F7 does the same thing as Function + F8 in the video
-I have tried on multiple TVs

I have e-mailed them but all I get is automated responses that don't help me at all. I've been trying to get this to work for months .. any help is appreciated, thanks. Could the cables I have be the problem or could my computer not support this feature despite them saying it does?
