Hi,

I have only owned my psp for about 2weeks and am trying to run my ISO's on it. I have downloaded devhook and am trying to get my games to work. I followed what you have said above but when i run devhook on my psp it comes up with a screen that says things in white writing with a black screen. What do i need to do? Does any one have a screenshot tutorial available this would be a great help?

is it firmware 1.0 or 1.5 as you can only run isos on this firmware at the moment?

Have you created an iso folder on the root of your ms?
Have you got a umd disc inserted?
Tell me also what settings you are using

well first go to the root of your ms, where psp and dh is and make a folder called ISO put your iso/cso files in there and try runnin devhook again, the settings should come up at the bottom when u load up devhook

ok connect your usb and go to my computer double click on your psp eg should be sometihng like f:/ double click it and there shoulb be a iso folder now ot check if you have a umd in open the umd slot in the back of your psp if theres no disc in put one in and try again

I have done this. I ran devhook it came up with some settings. I left it and it turned itself off. What do i do now?

UMD SELECT - iso you wanna play
UMD MOUNT - ISO ANYUMD
UMD VERSION - 2.xx --> 2.00
FIRMWARE - 2.71
CPU CLOCK - 222
BOOT SELECT - reboot xmb
and leave other where it is.
I will try another umd disc now.

It tells me when i select devhook that the game data is corrupt and cannot start.

Seeing as i had never used it before i was using Everest Poker 2006.iso just to try out. Could you send me an .iso just to see if it will work? If i wanted to download and try another .iso what would i need to do to stop the data corrupt message when i select devhook?

If i dont have any umd in the psp and if i install an umdemulator and place the iso/cso in the I:\umdemulator\iso is it okay or do i have to put the iso/cso in the I:\ISO

Will devhook work with the umdemulator??

Devhook is a loader by itself...no u need to place ISO's in G:>ISO

Okay so with the correct settings on devhook my psp restarts and its 2.71 version,so after that wat do i do to get the game to start

and also in the memory icon under game icon devhook is corrupted..

What am i doing wrong?Should i modify any files when i transfer them on to the psp or something ???

And does it matter if i have a japanese psp(PSP-1000)???Coz the game i am trying to play is tekken dark(euro version)...and i read somewhere the eboots r different for diff region psp's.
