is there anyway you can go straight to 2.71 from 1.5 through devhook or any other way without having to load a UMD or ISO as i have an application that allows me to change from 2.71 to 1.5?

i have found the 2.71 to 1.5 but i cannot find the 1.5 to 2.71, any ideas?
