Now, i have always a problem with Azureus (2.4.0.2)
Java 1.5.0_06 is installed. IP-adress is manually. DSL-range: 3072 kbits/s. MTU is ok.
100 half-open connections are adjusted.
For example: File = 8 GB / 60 kB/s average / incomplete: 130 / complete: 13
Temporary attitudes:
max. upload: unlimited
max. download: unlimited
upload-slots: 20
max. number of connections: 150
only 1-2 downloads is (are? [plural]) active.
I get *only* 5-20 kB/s.
Which is wrongly adjusted.

u explained the problem so good man!!

just make a speed test and cap the upload speed to 80% of what u get in the test u should be getting ultimate speeds also make sure u r using a good torrent with a good seeder/leecher ratio
