well most of the emulators you make a foler called ROMS and put them in there

there should be a folder named ROMS. Which emulator are you using.

Can you use the same roms from the mame pc emulator on your psp??

id of thought so as a rom is a rom but the psp mite not be able to play all of them, i havent tried mame so dont know
