Is turning your computer off every night better or is it better to leave the computer on 24/7

What are your oppinions on this?

It?s definitely better for the electricity suppliers.
I used to leave mine on all the time as I believe that keeping the components at the same temperature stops fatigue and stress.
My system is always running pretty cool anyway and the drives shut down when not used.
However I have started to turn it off at night due the costs of electricity now, my bill is currently £1560 per year UK prices, that without the gas as well.

Honestly I consider the question silly, like asking if it's good to close the fridge door or whatever...
Certain PCs are required to be 'on' 24/7, and they must be very carefully constructed. For the rest of us, how on earth could it possibly benefit your computer to be on all the time?
As BigDK has noted, it's good to keep equipment in a narrow temperature operating-range (the advantage of liquid cooling, in both PCs and motorcycles) but most rigs are not built for this.
It's not you dazila (simply repeating an often-asked question) but I believe the question is dumb - unless ripping movies all night, heheh...
