YES!!!! you can only back them up if you own them. well, if you delete them after you rturn the game, i guess that wouldn't be illegal...

that argument wouldn't work. you're not buying the game, you're paying for a service that gives you time with the game. at no point, while it's in your possession or out of it, is it your legal property, and therefore you cannot legally create a backup at any given time.
