its an option file with all the world cup ranking and teams such as ghana and togo and angola on it.

But i am not sure such a thing exists. There is a game save that corrects all the team names and player's names.
Plus why would you want to play with a team like Angola or Togo?
If you really want to play with them you could wait for Pro Evolution 6 which is comming soon as I think it will have them in it.

there is a file that exists it also corrects all the kits i know of the other one which i currently use but there is a new one with the world cup kits and world cup teams. also it has players like theo walcott

You won't find it on pesfan as I believe they got in trouble for hosting it before, just google it and i'm sure you can find it somewhere, I will also look for it so will give you a link if I do, and if you could do the same that would be great.

Can get one on ebay for a couple of quid, has all the right world cup teams, promoted prem teams and signings, but I don't really wanna pay for it when i'm sure I can find it for free somewhere.
