I have a Tekken iso it is just over 1.7gb - is there any way to play this on a 1gb memory stick? Any rip kit or anything like that I can use?

you could try iso compresser, which you can get from psphacks.com . Then you can convert it to either .dax or .cso format and the iso will be much smaller but not sure how much smaller, whether it will be below 1gb or not. But give it a go!

Theres a 809 ripkit on Ps2nfo.com, youl need to register though. What Tekken isit the The jap, usa ect?

Rip out the unwanted contents or look at hex's post here-http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/365335 or rip using UMDRipper and convert to CSO at level 9 compression LOL so many options.
