Make sure your BIOS is set to boot from your Hard Drive. By the looks of things it?s set to boot only from CD then Floppy.

When on the First startup screen see if you can see ?Press xx to enter Setup?. Just tap the key it says then have a look around in the first few menus to see if you can see anything like ?Boot Sequence?. If you can then adjust it to boot from the Hard Drive first.

Looks like that guy had to flash his BIOS. Try and see if you can do the same. Remember your Motherboard may be diffrent. Unfortunatley that is something I have never had to do so you will have to follow closely because I can't help really.

Suggest you wait until the Morning (Living in the UK I want to go a bed as i've had a long day and its half 10 here) when some else can give you a hand with it because I dont have much experience of BIOS flashing.

I don't know if clearing the CMOS would help, but I sure would give it a try.

OK...sorry about that. Thought it was going to create a floppy image for you. Check this link out.

Could it be a simple dead battery???? Probably a CR2032 or CR2025. You can get them at radio shack or best buy typically. Take the old one with you just to be sure you get the right one.

I cant seem to find a floppy boot BIOS flasher anywhere for your mobo. You may be SOL on this one. Hmm.....Will it boot off a bootable CD? Try a live Linux cd, use Wine and run the flash utility. Long shot, I know. I'll keep looking.

@ddp: The problem is that the BIOS flash utility is a Win32 app. I cant find anything like the old aflash.exe dos utility for this specific BIOS. Unless someone can dump a bin of their BIOS and email it. Worth a try I guess. Ever try this?

@Golden0: You may just want to search for a used board on Ebay, being that this one is bricked.
