TESTING FIREWALL

When I start up the donkey (Edonkey:), I see 'TESTING FIREWALL' and so I can't be able to work with Edonkey.

I have reinstalled WWindows just for this reason and by having not fixed this problem, I would like a "fix" from in this form.

what firewall/antivirus have you installed?
are you behind a router?
if you are using Windows, have you tried turning off Windows firewall?
