This is just a stuck pixel, not a dead pixel, right?

Is there any sure fire way of fixing it? Any techniques or anything? Because this system is fine otherwise, which makes the problem very very annoying.

I was told any stuck pixel fixer that was a .exe will brick your PSP.

I doubt that's true, but I also doubt a program could do anything that video couldn't. Explain what it does before I decide if it's safe or not.

It is not an .exe, its a homebrew app. I have heard a homebrew app pixel fixer is able to brick your psp also if not used correctly. It will flash 1 pixel at a time instead of the whole screen. I have used it on 2 different psp's and it didnt brick either one. I wouldnt host a file I havent used myself and feal safe with. If you dont feal comfortable with it then dont use it..

You are using this pixel fixer at your own risk and I cant be held responsable for a bricked psp.
