can anyone explain to me what is eloader and what does it do for my psp?

Eloader allows you to run Homerbrew on certain PSPs through GTA : LCS......I think that's right.

cheheer,lol;if u have a eloader then u can run a some hacks like sony wega remote control and some other games which u can run in gta. i use eloader in gta.and tht doesn;t mean u dont have to downgrade bcz if u dont downgrde u can not run big games such as need for speed and any other game.

see now thts ur desicion if u wanna keep it for gta for the sony wega remote control, gba emulator and other stuff . and dnt worry u will still be able to use gta after downgrading it to firmware 1.50 by the use of devhook ok. aand then u will be able to run free games as iso files........... lol

Use Eloader if you dont feel safe or dont want to downgrade your PSP.
The downgrade is safe, but its up to you.
