Hi guys psp v2.70 is downgradable. Here's a guide if u want to downgrade. u cannot downgrade it directly to v1.5 u can downgrade it to psp v2.5 and then u can downgrade easily with the DOWNDATER.
1.Download the 2.70 downgrader search in google or go to this site
http://www.i'manidiot.com edited by ddp and then plug in ur psp to the computer and copy the video file in mpeg4 format in the 100MNV01 folder and then create a folder PSP/GAME/downgrader%
and another folder PSP/GAME/dowgrader and copy the eboot.pbp file in the folder % which came with the dowgrader and copy the folder downgrader. Now run the psp and go to the video and click triangle then there will be an option of v2.5 click that thing and the psp will reboot deleting all the video file and then run the downgrader in the game menu ur psp will it will hang then reboot it and again run the downgrader psp will work rightly then when u reboot u still have 2.7 then reboot again u will have v2.5

so how come theres nuthing about it on the front page of psp-hacks anf file 3 on psp hacks is 2.0 - 1.5 downgrader, so don't think ne1 should listen or else ull end up with a brick........

Sure is alot of rebooting going on in that downgrader. Imagine you can downgrade with a video file on 2.7, but on 2.5/2.6 you need gta. Thats crazy. Im gonna d/l it now and brick my psp a.s.a.p., what was that link again?
