Firstly sorry sorry if this is in the wrong place i had no idea where to put it im in a real rush, it shouldnt last long.

Ok, i print cd labels for my backup copies, you know, with the actualy image of the face of the disc.

Anyway, i use Nero cover designer and my labels match the traxdata template. At least, they did. On my old printer they did perfectly, but i recently got a hp deskjet f380, and now its all out of line. It prints way out of the label!

Whats going on? can someone help? Or am i gonna have to mix and match again and see if one of the other templates fit it.

Thanks ireland!![afterdawn legend]

ahhhh yes....i suppose the Nero section would have been ideal. I was concentrating on the printer more....my bad.

What a piece of crap though! its one of those printers where u put the paper face down. Thats really p1$$3ed me off now, i always make cd labels and theres no way of fixing it is there if its the printer.

Any suggestions anyone? At all? Im really screwed if you dont........

Do what I do ... use a sharpie (ink marker)! Why do your backups need lables ... you can't look at the CD when you listen the music, and without listening to the music, what good does it do you to look at the CD? Sorry to be a wise a$$; I couldn't resist.

I guess you're looking to do it for the fun of it ... I've never been the sort to climb the mountain simply because it's there lol !

put ye work in ye pixs on your covers and use sharpie for ye dvd's as jerry1 said...

labels are no good to put them on dvd's..as labels cause problems like causing a out of balance for the dvd player and dvd-rom..
when that happend the pix will skip...as its being played..then the glue starts to go bad..try to take the glue off a dvd after you remove a bad sticking label.............
