PMP Conversions not working

Im using the Videora PMP converter to convert an .avi movie to .pmp but when the 3hour conversion is over i look into the output folder but the pmp isn't there(I 100% know for sure I saved it in that folder). My naruto, bleach, and inuyasha episodes convert fine but I dont know what the problem is with this particular file. it plays well but just cant convert. Any suggestions?

what is the original codec used? on the AVI.

The file that doesn't work...

VIdeo Compression: XviD
Video sample size: 12 bit
Data rate: 95kbps
Frame rate: 23 frames/second

Audio
Duration: 2:05:28
Bit Rate: 80kbps
Audio format: MPEG Layer -3

Image
Width- 540 pixels
Height- 224 pixels

The file doesnt seem to different from the DB Naruto but for some reason naruto converts well but this one cant.
