I'm using Shrink 3.2 with Nero, but have been unsuccussful with burning dvds. I think it might have something to do w/ my system's ASPI (I don't think I have one, it, them--I don't know what it is really). I tried to download ASPI software, but, due to compatibility issues, have been unsuccessful...
Any help will be greatly appreciated
Here is the message that I get when the burning process stops (around 75%):

need a little more free memory, close a few prog's to release some more. (do not multitask whilst burning)
Quote: Last possible write address on media: 2298495 (510:46.45, 4489MB)

you are burning close to the edge of the disc where the dye is uneven/missing. which can cause errors
set your target at 4360
Quote: Burn process started at 16x (22,160 KB/s)

Excellence gurnard.
To answer your ASPI query, XP doesn't need it...but if you have it and it is corrupt you will see spotty results such as not being able to burn CD's, but only DVD's or vice versa.
