is there any other software other than tag and rename to get id tags and rename my tracks.

If you mean automatically connect to internet and rename, I think that's the best out there. I'm not willing to pay for that. I use Foobar2000 mass tagging feature. It generates tags from the file name and the rest of the fields I can easily add too many files with just one click.
