i've bought the Thrusrtmaster for PSP WiFi to connect 2 the internet on my PSP, but i keep gettin internet connection failed could any1 please help me?

if it is of any use after doin the test connection it say's:
Connection Name: home
Signal Strength: 100%
SSID: FunAccess
BSSID: 00:08:D3:20:44:00
Channel: 1
Security: None
IP Address:
Subnet mask:
Default Router:
Primary DNS:
Secondary DNS:
MAC Address:
Proxy Server: Do not use
Internet Browser: Do not Start
Internet Connection: Failed

u put in ur key in correct??? (wep key and so on)


wait a minute... wtf is a thrustmaster?? u need a wireless router (any will do, but i have the speedtouch 576 which works really good)


and also dont post ip's cos hackers will screw you

um... for the key try setting no key on the thrustmaster or whateva and then if it works then ur key is wrong :p

the thrustmaster is a a device which can b connected 2 the USB slot in the computer giving (supposibly) internet access 2 the psp.

try setting no wep key then try using the psp scan

if then it doesnt work i suggest u get a wireless router, but they dont come cheap :(

thats the reason i got this it was supposed to be as good but cost only £30! wat do u put in the wep key anyway?

the wep key just stops other ppl from next door accessing your internet and using up ur bandwidth

wep key is a 26 numbers and letters in a combination (like a very long password)

um... i got a free one when on aol :p


not sure but aol do cheap and "good" as in unlimited download and 4mb net when they say 8mb :p

i have an extra one its a speedtouch 545 and im gonna flog it on ebay soon

nah dont go ebay if u dont have account, most sellers prefer you to have paypal and u need to be over 18 and u need to fill ut various forms etc


im not sure then...

mayb check newspapers? they sumtimes have like selling collumns but thats out of my knowledge :p

and it comes with a lan card so u can use wifi straight away when u plug it in


not sure about price as it is my brothers

yup u need a wireless roouter and+ its wep key is wrong or there is some problem with ur connection

if there is no wep key dont enter one on the psp!

just do scan and skip the bit where it says wep key on the psp

if that doesnt work, check u got a wifi enabled router and its not faulty
