illegal disc error using dvd shrink and nero

Hi, I am having problems with DVD Shrink and Nero, I bought this new computer in January, and everything worked well until approximately 3 weeks ago when I had a major crash. After setting it all back up again, I can now no longer get dvd shrink/ Nero to burn dvds. I have read many of the threads and tried a variety of things to no avail. The cdrw works well if I burn using VSO DivXtoDVD. I cannot resolve this problem myself and hope someone may be able to help me. I have wasted another disc just to get the error message, and would greatly appreciate any advice on offer. I hope I have posted this in the right place, here is the read out after a disc burning failure. Thanking you in advance. Pemall
