I agree,
DVD wizard Pro's add is so very misleading, If they just came right out and told you that in order to back up your X-box games, you would have to buy a x-box network cable and have time to master several different freeware and shareware programs in order to back up one game I don't think there sales would be that great, and if you had the time to master all the little programs it takes to make a backup copy of an x-box game you don't even have to use the DVD Wizard Pro to burn the image file you can use Nero or serval other programs for that matter, I also tried to get a refund from these guys about 2 minutes after I downloaded it and discovered just what it was, and they never replied at all to my e-mails at all, there add makes it sound like you just drop your X-box game in you dvd drive rip it and burn it, which is far from reality, and if they are such a great company why are they giving everyone a hard time on a refund and why is everyone posting all the problems with the progam and refunds on this site, I thought in the world of retail the customer was always right! I've tried this program serval times on three differnt machines and could not get it to work properly at all the machine I'm using now has a Athlon XP 2600+, MSI KT6 motherboard, 1.5 gigs PC 2700 Micron Ram, 80 gig western digital hardrive(os)7200rpm and a 160 gig maxtor hardrive(storage)7200 rpm, NEC 1300A combo DVD-R & DVD+R drive and Toshiba SD R5112 DVD-R drive and a ATI ALL in Wonder Radeon 7500 graffics capture card, and I can run any other DVD copying software program like Pinnacle Instant DVD copy, Intervideo DVD copy, without a problem except for DVD Wirard Pro!

You would have received a serial immedialty after making your purchase. Its really hard to miss. If you did not receive one, we would have given you another, maybe not instantly, but you would have received another. As for not posting on here, thats not going to happen. This forum actually brings sales in, becuase people see that most of the posts are simply people that need technical support, but are too impatient to wait for it.

License Agreement

It is illegal to make copies of copyright material for the purpose of selling it to third party
this is the first part of your license agreement is it not?.. yet with the first instances of your program they were rip offs of original software & guides....

this program seems to be an impovement over the first time i tried it.

although the first time i tried it it was just a file with loads of HTML's.. Text Guides.. and a welcome page saying "this program will teach you to copy anything"

although at present i cant test this software for certain reasons i will test it in one month.

if this isent improved or doesent work, this thread will be re-started..

lol - if it has ended by then

Thats interesting that you have so much free time that you can find typos in our user agreement. I bet you're pretty popular with the ladies. Thanks for letting me know. As for our program, we dont rip people off, and we use to sell an ebook that included links to other programs. Maybe you should check your facts, for anyone wanting to see how our program works, and who wish to make an educated decision, please download a demo.

hmm.. slight hint of hatred in your post maybe?..

as for your program i have looked at both - the book and the program.. although in parts of this post i was talking about your program - on that post i was referring to the ebook addition which i did believe needed the most Posts.. so - i assume youve now stopped selling that.. thing, completely?

thats good

as for your program - from first looks it doesent look amazing.. sorry but it doesent.

that first spelling mistake? - very bad opening thing to see.

as for the very simple interface - ok.. not bad but not a pleaser with the more experienced and knowledgable of people

as for the simple DVD to SVCD - Divx - DVD etc

i am yet to examine the process - as soon as i buy my new pioneer we will see

but as for know im going on the opinions and general attitude of people.. and a little of my own personal experience.

http://www.btinternet.com/~lightning_uk/website/

there are a lot of posts about your software - all over the internet.. now it appears to me that even if you think the program is great and amazing and your not ripping people off...... what is with all the posts and sites detailing all the people youve ripped off? and people who cant get the software to work etc etc etc

people you havent replied to etc

it seems to me that you are very lacking with the dealing of these complaints, thats what started this in the first place

if your software dont work somewhere you should atleast try and sort it out

I find it difficult to believe that DVD Wizard Pro has read or comprehends all the negative posts from his ludicrous responses to them. They obviously pay as much attention to user input as they do during software production. These guys are the Micheal Jackson of software development. They are just so sure screwing innocents is OK. Guess what DVD Wizzers, word is getting out. I suggest that all dissatisfied users join the DVD burning software forums and spread the word.

Can everybody be wrong , on one side you have everybody saying how lacking and what a joke this program is and then on the other side i see one person defending it.

If this program is so great well i'm on holidays at the moment how about you send me a free version with full activation and i'll be happy enough to do a detailed trial for you and see if it really does do what you say it does or whether or not its just hot air

Hey dvdminor dont even tell me what I need or what I can and cant do, plain and simple your product sucks I wont stop saying that because I have tested it and it sucks more than any other product I have ever seen.. First of all It wont copy games, a game would have to have a video_ts files to work and most and all games dont have a video_ts files so it dont copy games at all. Instead of ducking the truth lets talk about this matter right here you can run your mouth for bull sh#t run it on that point right there come on.. And second of all it dont decrypt who wants to buy a false advertised piece of crap program that wont copy all dvds or games I dont. And third of all have u got to use your own program, I can u say it is way to hard to use most dvd has 10 or more video_ts files and u have to copy them all one at a time, say something to this owner talk the truth and quit running around the bush I want a answer to these questions not your bull sh8t dont mean anything run of mouth crap..

Hi all,

well, we (boyfriend and i) bought DVDwpro yesterday, and we're having problems getting it to work, like most of you have. If dvdwpro guy is out there still, could you please give me a detailed step-by-step way of copying the dvd? It seems like, the way chaser435 described it, you have to burn each IFO 1 at a time, on a separate disc each time. Is this true?

I also just wanted to say that I appreciate the fact that dvdwpro is even trying to answer comments. I too had my fit of rage earlier about not being able to get the program to work, but I don't think insulting each other is going to get us anywhere. If there is a way to make this program work so that I feel like my $40 was justified, I'll be happy.

Alas, even once they spend minimal time to "help" you, providing they can indeed help and then you realize that you just blew $40 on what you could obtain through freeware you can then join the ranks of those posting on this forum who they can tick off as another witless, underinformed victim. Then you can attempt to have them acknowledge that they offer no value in their product and therefore should refund your hard earned cash. Actually if you get in touch with Clickbank right away stating your problem it is likely you will get a refund. Clickbank, unlike DVD Wizard Pro is a reputable and honest servixe provider. DVD Wizard Pro on the other hand, well just do a Google search on "DVD Wizard Pro SCAM" and get educated. Certainly by now, regardless of their false claims I have gotten my money back ten fold in the business that my various posts have caused them. Eh Wizzers?

Actually you have the same couple of people posting over and over, one who has tried to extort money for a good posting. 'krconway' used our program for over three months, and then decided he wanted a refund, when he could not get one he decided to start posting. He has told us he would post good things for $40.

Jezebel7- If you need technical support please email noEmails@here.com, it will be answers asap.

DVD Wizard Pro allows you to copy only the movie portion of the DVD, no extras or menus, this is why you have to choose the IFO file with the movie. If you need instruction on how to do this, feel free to email us. Our next release will allow you to backup the entire disk, so there will be no problems with this.

OK I will type this real slow so you might be able to follow some of it: As for "'krconway' used our program for over three months, and then decided he wanted a refund, when he could not get one he decided to start posting. He has told us he would post good things for $40".
Answer) Your application returns "dvdwizardpro.exe has generated errors and will be closed by Windows. You will need to restart the program". See for yourself from the screenshots I sent you of the error in my previous unanswered E-mails.
Keep the cash, but please keep posting. As for extortion, here are those "good things" I offered to say for FREE!

1) I can assure you that no DVD copy program would be better for the job.
2) I most enthusiastically recommend DVD Wizard Pro with no qualifications whatsoever
3) I am pleased to say that DVD Wizard Pro is a former application of mine
4) I would urge you to waste no time in making DVD Wizard Pro an offer to purchase.
5) All in all, I cannot say enough good things about this application or recommend it too
highly.

Do read between the lines, but when you still don't get it, well just POST "I don't get it"!

As for the "couple" of negative posters did you mean: cpb353, An6eLo, Oriphus, Fireblitz, kegan, six.6.six, s_francis, pwh1962, Torqemada,
trc, -LoNeR-, pmepham, chaser435, robynstyl, Moly007, tammerboy, -Mooky-, geestar20, luke411, torin, 3dman, andmerr, Jezebel7 and let's not forget krconway = P

Do us all a favor, especially yourself - get a f**king clue. Obviously you have been negatively affected from having your head planted so firmly up your ass and breathing the same crap your trying to sell to people. Hey I got an idea, post another dumb ass response. You are your own worst enemy.
