An absolute scam.. They got my 39.00, and I haven't been able to rip more than 4 files. Have deleted it. A true guru may be able to make this program work, but there are too many good programs out there, in this price range, to mess with this.

hey labutte,
to get a refund, try to contact clickbank directly, since they're the people that prolly processed your payment. When we purchased dvd wizard pro, we got an email saying "If after two business days the issue remains unresolved, ClickBank will be happy to assist you directly. To make a customer service inquiry with regard to this purchase please visit:
http://clickbank.com/cs/?d4110878bbq2vgqnx "
Since you couldn't get it to work, you shouldn't have a problem getting your refund back, unless you waited till the 90 day or so deadline.
Hope this helps!

Lessons learned:
1) So called review sites offer no more than paid for services, in this case DVD Wizard Pro was a top pick.
2) Sites such as afterdawn provide invaluable educational services for individuals seeking subject matter knowledge at no cost to the user - THANKS!
Freeware to obtain: DVD Decrypter and DVD Shrink.
3) There are unethical and unscrupulous individuals such as the creator of DVD Wizard Pro who will gladly pocket your cash for non-functional, worthless product offerings. Unique to the Whizzer, he actually took pride in his deficient product, as evidenced by his initial defense of it.
4) You can teach a brick. The Whizzer finaly gave up when forced to recognize that people posting here were not doing so to rave about his software and when legal action was mentioned.
Lesson to learn - What course of action can be taken to force DVD Wizard Pro to refund money gained through false product claims and non-compliance to their own published refund policy. I'll let you know.
